Office Assistant (Greek Speaking) – Limassol
Our law firm in Limassol is looking to recruit a reliable and professional Office Assistant to join our team.

We specialize in legal services and are seeking a motivated individual who will contribute to the smooth running of daily operations while delivering excellent client service.

**Key Responsibilities:
**
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner

Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional environment

Organize and maintain office filing systems and documentation

Accurately update and manage records, paperwork, and databases while ensuring confidentiality

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Arrange travel bookings and reservations as required

Support daily office operations and assist with ad hoc tasks and errands

**Requirements:
**
Fluency in Greek (written and spoken)

University degree

Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented attitude

Knowledge of the Cyprus immigration sector will be considered an advantage

**What We Offer:
**
Full-time position (Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:00, Friday: 08:00–14:30)

Office-based role in Limassol

Salary: €1,300 gross per month
