My name is Duvan Mendoza. I’m looking for opportunities in Python Backend, AI/LLM Engineering, and Backend Automation.

I have experience as a Backend Software Engineer and Junior AI Engineer, working on backend services, REST APIs, AI-powered workflows, data processing, and automation systems.

My background includes:
• Backend development with Python, FastAPI, Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL databases
• AI/LLM integrations for document understanding, structured data extraction, and workflow automation
• Experience with LLM workflows and familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Claude / OpenAI / DeepSeek APIs
• Docker-based deployment, Linux, Git, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and AWS EC2
• Data analytics and automation with Python, SQL, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and operational reporting

I’ve worked in product-oriented and startup-style environments, with a focus on practical delivery, debugging, fast iteration, and building maintainable backend systems.
