Main duties & responsibilities:
* Filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates
* Maintaining a smooth onboarding process (including relocation process and dealing with Cyprus immigration department)
* Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
* Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
* Promoting company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Candidate profile:
* Experience in hr and recruitment in Cyprus
* English close to native, Russian would be considered an advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
