Position: Chief Financial Officer
Company: Leadsgate
Location: Cyprus, Limassol
**
Main duties & responsibilities:**
- Develop and set up the company’s financial-related processes
- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable, ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
- Analyse and manage the company’s budget
- Plan and perform risk management duties
- Determine and follow up on financial KPIs
- Manager relationships with consulting companies and external auditors
- Ensure the company is compliant with accounting standards and local legislation
- Prepare financial reports, analytics, and forecasts for the senior management


Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- ACCA/ACA would be an advantage
- Understanding of lead generation industries
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, both written and verbal
- A professional and proactive approach to work
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
