Position: Junior Lead Generator / Hunter Manager**

We are a recruitment agency helping international IT, fintech, crypto/web3, and e-commerce companies build strong teams worldwide. We work with clients across the US, Europe, and Asia.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Junior Lead Generator (Hunter) to help us identify new clients and support our growth.

Responsibilities
• Research and collect potential B2B clients via LinkedIn, job platforms, startup directories, AngelList/Crunchbase, and other online sources.
• Identify decision-makers and gather key company insights.
• Analyze potential client needs and hiring challenges using open sources.
• Conduct cold outreach via messages (no cold calls).
• Build and maintain lead lists based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
• Update and manage CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager.

• Any experience in lead generation, sales research, or SDR.
• Strong research skills and familiarity with LinkedIn.
• Ability to write clear, professional messages in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Motivation to learn and grow in sales and business development.
• English level: Intermediate or higher.
