SMM Manager for coffee and bakery shop**

Hello everyone!

We are looking for an SMM Manager to join our team (Cyprus based only)

Are you passionate about social media and love the coffee atmosphere? We want an SMM Manager to join our team and help engage with our community while developing our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular posting on platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
• Content management and planning
• Working with existing strategies
• Writing technical briefs for content creation (photos, videos, design)
• Basic copywriting (in English)
• Filming Stories at locations in Limassol (not daily)
• Generating creative ideas to boost engagement
• Basic design skills

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in SMM
• Skills in strategy development and analytics
• Experience creating briefs for contractors (photographers, videographers, designers)
• Ability to create appealing content
• English proficiency at B1-B2 level (for team communication and writing posts)
• Basic skills in Figma (ready-to-edit design assets)
• Knowledge of targeting on Meta (optional)
