IT Sales Manager

TechBiz Global provides IT recruitment, outstaffing, outsourcing, software development, and different consulting services with a primary focus on making our partners achieve their business goals successfully.
As our sales guru, you will be looking for new clients from around the world, with the main focus on the United States, Western Europe, and Israel. You will be targeting both market leaders and disruptive startups.
📌Responsibilities
Searching and finding new clients via various channels
Active development of the projects with current clients, attracting new clients for our team
Building and developing relationships with current clients
Influences customers to make the best decision for their needs
Good at presenting information in a variety of forms, including calls, emails
Tracking and approaching of work to get the best results

📌Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of B2B Sales experience in a similar position in the IT industry
Experience building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
A positive attitude and professional behavior while advocating a team approach to the business.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively and meet objectives without day-to-day direction
Proficiency with CRM tools and Office tools (DOC/PPT/XLS) both desktop and cloud-based.
Ability to build strong client relationships to maintain existing business and develop new opportunities
Curiosity in searching for solutions and a can-do attitude
Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level)
Additional languages is a plus
