📍 Remote • Full-time • International CFD Brokerage

Are you a strategic payments leader ready to own and scale a global payments function in a fast-growing online financial services environment? A dynamic CFD brokerage is looking for a Head of Payments to drive strategy, optimize performance, and lead a high-impact team across multiple regions.

🔎 What you’ll own:

💡 Develop and evolve end-to-end payment architecture spanning PSPs, banks, crypto rails, and local methods across APAC & MENA.

🔄 Design and optimize smart routing, cascading, and failover payment logic to balance approval rate, speed, risk, and cost.

📊 Take ownership of core payment KPIs (approval, success/decline rates, chargebacks, refunds, payouts, cost per txn) and drive data-led improvement via dashboards.

⚙️ Partner with Product & Engineering to enhance the deposit funnel, UX and performance.

🛡 Lead anti-fraud, chargeback mitigation, risk controls and align with compliance on regulatory requirements.

🤝 Own PSP/Bank relationships: sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, performance management.

🚨 Drive incident & outage management, escalations, and vendor/regulator communication.

🔥 Requirements:

✔️ 5+ years in payments in an online-focused company (CFD/fintech/gambling).

✔️ Proven experience designing & managing multi-PSP global payment ecosystems.

✔️ Deep understanding of payment orchestration, routing, reconciliation, chargebacks, fraud controls.

✔️ Strong track record negotiating commercial terms with PSPs/banks.

✔️ Experience defining/owning payment KPIs and making data-driven decisions.

✔️ Excellent communication skills in English.

✔️ Willingness to travel periodically (APAC/MENA).
