🚨 We're hiring: Senior Business Development Manager
📍 Remote (Europe) | Priority: Cyprus/Limassol

💼 About the Role:
Join a top-tier user acquisition partner for app developers & agencies. We're all about results, tech, and execution — and now we're looking for a hands-on, revenue-driven BD pro to help us scale even faster.

🔧 What you’ll do:

- Run the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain pipelines with agency & app developer leads
- Work closely with CSMs and management on goals & targeting
- Spot growth opportunities and push deals forward
- Represent AscendAd at meetings, conferences, and biz dev trips

✅ What we’re looking for:
- 3+ yrs in sales / BD in AdTech or mobile UA
- Proven experience with mobile app campaigns = big plus
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Strong communicator, strong closer
- Great at juggling multiple clients
- “Hunter” mindset with a bias for action
