Hi everyone, my name is Dmitry and currently I’m looking for a job in Cyprus.
📌For the last five years my focus has been on developing and implementing automated tools, IT and data analytic solutions to tackle complex management decisions based on data driven approach. The core of my work has been to facilitate the management of complex businesses with large numbers of employees working over a wide geographical area (most recently a network of approximately 2000 offices and more than 10,000 people) to enable the business to achieve its optimum sales potential and to reduce costs. The solutions are based on big-data, companies’ system footprints, ML data models.
📌I have participated in three transformation programs at leading banks (heading one project and leading a core team as part of another project) before heading up a program at a large listed public telecom corporate. The transformational programs I managed resulted in (and enabled) a fundamental change of approach to data driven decisions by senior (including C suite) management.
📌I have significant experience of the retail banking, FMCG and telecoms sectors.
