We are advertising platform Kadam.net and we are looking for Legal Counsel😎 Location: Limassol (CY)

Our requirements💫:

• University degree in Law;
• At least 3 years of legal experience preferably working in IT or digital marketing/advertising industry;
• Knowledge of EU corporate, intellectual property and tax laws as well as EU Directives (taxes, GDPR);
• Knowledge of EU legislation in the field of online advertising;
• Strong contract drafting skills;
• Experience in working across multiple jurisdictions;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages is a must;
• Responsibility, analytical skills, strong attention on details, ability to work independently.

Your responsibilities⚡️:

• Draft, review and update contracts (services, licenses, software development) and other corporate documents;
• Develop Company policy and position on legal issues;
• Conduct legal research, analyze laws and regulations, guard Company against legal risks;
• Support of opening bank accounts;
• Provide expert and professional legal advice to the Company Management.
