**I have been working in the IT field for 5 years, of which 2 years as a PM in a company with a complex product in the B2B segment where I managed the team of 10+ members. The project began as an optimization of the work of one company, but was released as a solution for the entire industry of operating companies and residential real estate.

I had supervised an agency of IT & digital solutions, where we did turnkey projects and MVP (low-code and more traditional stack) from start to finish: audience analysis, concept, UX, interactive design, services integration for start-ups, federal, cultural and different commercial projects, including e-commerce.

I have an experience in working with clients directly, outsourcing, team supervision, negotiation and B2B selling. I understand the strengths and weaknesses of certain tech tools for different products and know how to organize the development process. I’m familiar with project management methodologies and share the same language with subordinates. I’ve also got the ability to explain clearly and a bit of experience in teaching and mentoring. Also I’m extremely interested in Python and Bubble development.

Looking for full-time remote position where I could use all the technical and management expertise. Always ready to relocate (currently in Almaty, Kz).
