#vacancy Corporate Administrator / Paralegal
We are the main company within a Group of Companies wholly owned one of the largest residential real estate developers globally. We are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Administrator for our Cyprus office located in Larnaca.
Responsibilities:
Answering calls and replying to emails;
Liaison with suppliers of goods (stationery etc) and services (external legal consultants, auditors etc);
Sending documents using our external messenger, local and international courier services;
Perform daily administrative tasks in relation to the Group the Companies. Providing administrative support to the Board of Directors of the main company in the Group of Companies;
Preparing resolutions, minutes, share certificates, resignation / acceptance letters and other internal documentation for the Group of Companies;
Making arrangements with certifying officer / external messenger for certification, apostil and legalization of documents;
Preparing and submitting the Annual Returns of the companies within the Group of Companies;
Maintain corporate register books of each of the companies in the Group of Companies;
Maintain the electronic and hard copies of the files of the companies in the Group of Companies;
Assist with the preparation and filing of the relevant forms at the Registrar of Companies either manually or via the e-filing service (approval of names, change of registered address, change of shareholders, change of directors etc);
Assist the members of the Board of Directors of the main company within the Group of Companies with periodic KYC reviews conducted by banks etc.
Requirements:
Previous work experience as a corporate administrator / paralegal;
Higher education degree in administrative and/or secretarial and/or legal field;
Master’s Degree not necessary but will be considered an advantage;
Fluency in English. Russian &
Greek will be considered an advantage;
Excellent document drafting skills;
Attention to detail;
Excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team;
Proficient computer user, especially when it comes to the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel);
High levels of motivation and commitment.
