Кипрская компания с лицензией CIF (CySEC)
ищет contractors (субподрядчика- исполнителя со статусом самозанятый, зарплатные налоги платиться не будут) с опытом работы в банковском/брокерском бэк офисе в качестве депозитарного специалиста, операционного специалиста, финансового контролёра или рисковика, комплаенс специалиста.

Ориентировочный период контракта 4-6 месяцев.

Стоимость контракта - предмет договоренностей.

Responsibilities:
• Control over cash/securities transfers, settlement of transactions;
• Maintain Back Office record keeping;
• Preparation and validation of client reports;
• Support corporate actions: information collection, providing information to customers,
distribution of income, reflecting corporate action in Back Office system;
• Interaction with banks, external brokers, custody, Administrator;
• Reconciliation of data and reports from brokers, depositary and administrator with
back-office system and accounting.
• Preparation of Quarterly statistics and AIFMD reports to Cysec;
• Participation in process of setup of counterparties and brokers (including Due Diligence
documents collection);
• Writing and updating of Back-Office procedures.
