What you will do:

🔸You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our extensive database of books and audiobooks
🔸 You will regulate the process of uploading and distributing content on various platforms;
🔸We expect that you will recruit and manage a team of in-house and remote content managers, data managers, designers, copywriters, and editors;
🔸Will ensure quality control of our catalogues on all platforms and fix any issues;
🔸You will manage metadata production, translation, and editing;
🔸You will create and execute content and upload plans across all platforms;
🔸You will Create reports on full books and audiobook catalogues.
🔸You will analyse databases and sales reports.


What you have:

🔸A Bachelor's degree in a technical or computer science field
Demonstrated proficiency in various IT tools and platforms, including Excel, AirTable, Trello, Jira, and Figma
🔸Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in a similar role;
🔸Fluency in both Russian and English, proficiency in other European languages will be considered as a plus;
🔸Familiarity with modern digital book and audiobook formats, such as PDF, ePub, Mobi, mp4, and mp3;
🔸Strong understanding of database structures and the ability to create and modify databases;
🔸Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively:

What you will do:

🔸You will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies that drive downloads, user engagement, and revenue growth for the mobile app. This includes identifying the target audience, calculating advertising budgets, and creating an effective media plan.
🔸You will manage various mobile app promotion channels, including ASO, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Instagram, myTarget, Direct, and Adwords. This involves ensuring that each channel is optimized to drive the maximum number of downloads and engagement.
🔸You will work with remote designers, copywriters, and advertising agencies to ensure the timely and effective development of promotional materials. This includes ensuring that all promotional materials are on-brand and meet the highest quality standards.
🔸You will work to boost the visibility of the mobile app in the AppStore and Google Play. This includes optimizing keywords, creating effective descriptions, and leveraging various promotional channels to increase visibility;
🔸You will use data-driven insights to determine the most effective promotion strategy for the mobile app. This includes conducting hypothesis testing to determine the best channels and messaging to drive user engagement and revenue growth;
🔸You will be responsible for exploring and experimenting with innovative formats and sources of mobile traffic to enhance overall performance, including identifying new channels and testing new messaging to drive user engagement and revenue growth;
🔸You will launch and manage ad campaigns using targeting and search advertising tools. This includes ensuring that each campaign is optimised to drive the maximum number of downloads and engagement;
🔸You will analyze and optimise ad campaigns to improve performance. This includes tracking key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven optimizations to drive user engagement and revenue growth.
🔸You will keep weekly reports on progress and key metrics, including downloads, user engagement, and revenue growth.
🔸This includes using data visualization tools to present data in a clear and compelling way.
