Product Designer — Part‑Time

📍 Location: Nicosia, Cyprus (GMT+3)
💼 Format: Part‑time, up to 4 hours/day

AI Scout by Mellow is looking for a Product Designer with strong UX/UI skills and hands‑on Figma experience. This is a part‑time role focused on creating clean, product‑first layouts and improving user journeys for HR Tech products.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and design product layouts in Figma
Create smooth, user‑friendly UX/UI based on Customer Journey Maps
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using a product‑first approach
Maintain and contribute to the design system
Communicate effectively in English within the required time zone

Requirements
2+ years of experience in product design
Strong proficiency in Figma
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and CJM
English proficiency
Ability to work up to 4 hours/day within UTC+1 to UTC+3
HR Tech experience is a plus
