We’re scaling fast and redefining player support with a powerful Human + AI hybrid model for Gaming (F2P) and Crypto/Web3. Now we’re looking for a hunter‑minded BDM ready to break into new markets and grow into Head of Sales within 12 months.

What You’ll Do
Drive expansion across Northern Europe & META.
Build and run a full sales pipeline: outreach → discovery → negotiation → closing.
Sell our high‑demand AI‑powered support solution.
Craft high‑conversion outbound sequences and maintain consistent follow‑ups.
Forecast and report directly to leadership.

Who You Are
2+ years in B2B Sales (Gaming outsourcing, SaaS, Support services — big plus).
Strong understanding of F2P and/or Crypto/Web3.
Experience with Nordics or META clients.
High‑volume outbound mindset + strong copywriting.
Fluent Russian & English — required.
