paytech is a dynamic fintech company building white-label payment gateway, payment orchestration and financial management technology customised to our partners' needs.

What you'll be doing:
• Own long-term relationships with a portfolio of live clients and be their trusted day-to-day point of contact
• Build a deep understanding of each client's business, transaction volumes and payment performance to give consultative, data-driven recommendations
• Lead regular business reviews and strategic meetings, tracking performance and aligning on goals
• Handle escalations swiftly and professionally, coordinating across tech, product, ops and support teams
• Spot and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities with internal teams
• Oversee billing and financial queries for each account
• Be the client's voice internally while balancing commercial and operational priorities

What we're looking for:
• 2+ years in fintech, ideally with payment processing experience
• Fluent English (Russian is a strong advantage)
• Background in payment gateways and experience with enterprise-level merchants
• Strong communicator with consultative and relationship management skills
• Commercially aware, organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with CRM tools and data analytics
