⚡️Sales Manager/BizDev ⚡️
Medici Expert is looking for a highly driven and structured Sales Manager who will own the entire pre-sale process — from first outreach to successful contract signing. This role is critical for scaling our client pipeline across FinTech, Web3, blockchain, payments, and finance projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Outreach
2. Lead Qualification and Needs Assessment
• Mapping client requests to relevant Medici services: company formation, licensing (VARA/MiCA/DORA), compliance, token structuring, legal opinions.
3. Client Communication and Calls
4. Proposal Preparation (Commercial Offers)
5. Deal Negotiation and Closing
6. Client Reactivation
Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or pre-sales — ideally in:
• crypto/Web3
• fintech / payments
• legal or compliance services
• blockchain projects
• Strong understanding (or ability to quickly learn) of legal structures, jurisdictions, tokenomics, licensing, and regulatory basics.
• Good understanding of blockchain, crypto exchanges, DeFi, token issuance, and compliance fundamentals.
• Existing network in crypto or fintech is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills (written + spoken).
• English (C1) - must, additional languages - prefferable
What You Will Be Doing Daily:
• Reaching out to new potential clients.
• Processing inbound requests.
• Jumping on intro calls and qualification calls.
• Preparing commercial proposals and pricing structures.
• Coordinating internally to ensure proposals are accurate.
• Following up with leads daily until they convert.
• Bringing your own network + generating your own pipeline.
