SEKTOR Build is looking for a Sales Operations Associate who can manage and grow our pipeline at a very high velocity. Specifically, we are looking for someone who is interested in sales, can get things done, and is hungry to learn and a fast-paced startup environment.
You will learn about the entire suite of top-of-funnel responsibilities, from Outbound and Inbound prospecting to creating content, to scheduling appropriate marketing campaigns, and optimizing your efforts week-over-week.
Within this role, you will be placed at the forefront of SEKTOR’s growth, with tremendous upside if executed.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
** • Desire to pursue a Career in Sales or Sales Operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to build clear, concise presentations
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Diplomacy and patience when working through customer issues
• Comfortable communicating with anyone, from foreman to mid-to-senior level managers
• Comfortable handling high-pressure situations calmly and positively. Resolutely reliable, responsive, and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with an openness to change course as needed
• Self-aware, curious, and constantly seeking excellence through learning and growth
• Open to receiving and providing feedback in an honest and considerate manner
• Experience in the Construction industry, Sales or other similar SaaS environment is a plus
• Must speak and write in fluent English
**RESPONSIBILITIES
** • Support sales in managing multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle, including making follow-up emails and calls.
• Engage with prospects, look for opportunities to expand current customers, generate leads and handle all incoming requests.
• Undertake and present all relevant background research on regarding projects and prospects and present timely information to Sales.
• Keep the SEKTOR Salesforce CRM up-to-date.
• Analyze market data and discover projects and companies we could expand into.
• Work with the Sales team and help them manage the incoming volume of requests and feedback.
• Represent SEKTOR in trade shows and industry events
• Contribute to a positive team environment that promotes learning, high performance, and successful cross-department collaboration
