We are looking for an Operations Director to support the existing business and ensure scale across the island.

The purpose of the position is to manage the existing business and scale sales, opening new outlets.

Subordination: to the business owner.
Will report to: a team of logistics managers, store managers.
What will you do?
- Business management, setting and development of all business processes;
- Increase in the number of retail outlets, sales, improvement of KPI, fulfillment of planned indicators;
- Sales planning and analysis, reporting.

* Business management experience or middle level from 3 years;
* Experience working in retail with startups;
* Effective sales skills;
* Entrepreneurial nature;
* Knowledge of any two of the following languages: Russian, English, Greek.

It will be a plus:
* Sales experience in a similar field;
* Understanding the specifics of work in Cyprus.
