About the Role

As an HR Payroll & Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing compensation, payroll, and budget-related processes within our Cyprus office. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level specialist with a relevant academic background.

You’ll be responsible for analyzing expenses, monitoring budget performance, and contributing to the design and improvement of compensation & benefits strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute monthly payroll processes accurately and on time.
• Monitor and analyze expenses across departments to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Assist in creating and maintaining budgets and financial forecasts.
• Support compensation and benefits planning and reporting.
• Track and manage internal financial documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate with external providers on payroll, taxes, and benefits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial and HR processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, HR, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or HR/payroll functions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets user.
• Excellent English (B2+/C1), written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, payroll, and compensation principles.
• Familiarity with Cyprus labor law and payroll procedures is a plus.
• Eagerness to grow in a cross-functional finance/HR role.
