To the InDrive company, I am looking for a senior analyst to join the marketplace efficiency team in the courier vertical.

Responsibilities
* In the area of pricing development, you will explore and fine-tune the recommended pricing methodology. This includes considering the specifics of each country, types of transportation, and the behavioral factors of demand and supply. You will analyze and improve the dynamic pricing algorithm to manage delivery quality.

* In the area of dispatch, you will research and enhance the courier assignment algorithm. This involves increasing the acceptance rate of assignments and improving delivery efficiency. You will integrate dispatch with other ME mechanisms, such as pricing and surge, and adapt the system to the specific needs of different countries.

* In the area of motivation mechanisms you will develop and implement algorithms for motivational mechanisms, providing additional monetary incentives for couriers (e.g., during high demand periods or in special weather conditions). You will motivate couriers to work with us longer, study the impact of courier income on delivery service efficiency, and adapt motivational mechanisms to each country.

Requirements
* Analytical mindset: structured and critical thinking, the ability to find a balance between the resources spent and the effect on the business
* Strong mathematical background with an emphasis on mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series, and causal inference
* Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries
* Proficiency in SQL: ability to work with large amounts of data, write and optimize complex queries, create analytical data marts
* Experience in creating BI reports: Plotly / Redash / Tableau
* Willingness to learn new technologies and generate ideas
* Professional working proficiency in Russian and English
* You have an advantage if you have experience in logistics and efficiency analytics.
