I’m considering positions: Administrative Director / Operations officer.
Key competencies:
• 12+ years of operational management experience: process development and implementation, starting projects from scratch, staff development and recruitment, budgeting;
• 10+ years of experience in fulfilling key KPIs: profit, operational efficiency, cost optimization, legal security;
• 15+ years of team management experiences from 60+ people: hiring, training, development, motivation, setting goals and objectives, performance control;
• Experience in business process automation;
• Successful experience in preparing documentation and setting up the workflow process, as part of the implementation of the Federal Law on Personal Data protection;
• English A2-B1, currently in the intensive learning stage.
My family has relocated to Cyprus, so I am looking for a job on the island. The city of residence is Nicosia.
