Customer Success Manager (Greek speaking)

The position:
We are looking for CSM to support the highest level of customer support through excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Greek & English (Russian and any other language is a plus)
- Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Great attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Effective communication skills
- Open to work with a flexible schedule (shifts 2 days’ work/2 days off)
