Dear community,
we are a crypto exchange looking for an experienced MetaTrader 4/5 Administrator. Our office is in Limassol and we offer a hybrid or office only working mode. Our team is multinational and our working language is English.
The opportunity is for a professional who is already in Cyprus or coming next days. The company will provide support for obtaining a Cyprus work permit if required.

The position:
MetaTrader 4/5 Administrator will be the technical owner of the software running the crypto exchange and will ensure its secure, reliable operation as well as full configuration. The person joining our team will show strong technical skills as well as reliability and trustworthiness.

The key tasks of the MetaTrader 4/5 Administrator will be:
- Setting up MetaTrader 4/5 based trading service along with plugins, external services, applications, data providers etc.;
- Managing maintenance, updates, and backups;
- Providing technical support to users and colleagues;
- Developing and modifying documentation on the service;

The MetaTrader 4/5 Administrator will report to the CTO

The criteria of success for this position will be:
- Meeting the SLA criteria of the service;
- Clever and efficient configuration of the front end and back end ensuring smooth workflows;
- Professional resolving of any issues with the system;
- Proper security setup ensuring fast disaster recovery and business continuity;
- Properly documenting setup and configuration of the software and changes made;

The MetaTrader 4/5 Administrator will own the technical part of crypto exchange configuration and operation processes, and will be involved in the business development process giving inputs to the management.

Requirements:
- Proficient with MT 4/5 and have at least one year of operational experience (most important);
- Understand crypto currencies, tokens, blockchain (important);
- Experienced in the financial services industry (important);
- Have programming / automation experience and will be fluent with scripting languages (important);
- Experience analyzing log files, monitoring, triggers, alerts and troubleshooting (important);
- Have experience with CRM or ERP systems;
- Understanding of workflow/processes concept;
- Competence with DevOps tools and concepts;
- Proficiency with databases

Official education - we respect any path that led you to have the competences required, we do not require anything specific.

Experience as DevOps product owner, business analyst, crypto exchange or Forex account manager will be beneficial
