Head of Development (Trading System) – C++ / Java HFT

We are looking for a leader to drive the development of a high-frequency trading platform within an international fintech company.

📍 Format: full-time, US / UK / Germany

💼 What we expect:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining HFT trading platforms
- Experience managing HFT platform development teams
- Deep expertise in C/C++ with hands-on experience in low-level programming and systems optimization

🎯 Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a next-generation C++ trading platform and define core architectural principles
- Maintain and enhance the existing Java-based HFT platform
- Execute the platform migration strategy
- Collaborate closely with traders and researchers to ensure seamless integration of trading systems and market data
- Continuously optimize performance, reduce latency, and improve system scalability
- Increase process transparency and execution standards within the infrastructure function
