Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the affiliate channels
- Monitor and keep track of marketing performance, cost, conversion etc.
- Communicate daily with marketing team to identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on ad spend.
- Maintain spreadsheets of database information and statistics through Excel, Google sheets.
- Support marketing team members in organizing various projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree;
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles;
- High proficiency with computers, Google Docs and Microsoft Office;
- Time-management and organization skills;
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Advanced in English and Russian;
