📌 Data Analyst — Marketing Analytics (iGaming)**
About the Company:
A newly established iGaming venture based in Cyprus, led by a team with a proven track record of launching successful products in the industry. The company is building a high-performance product from the ground up and offers a unique opportunity to influence the analytics architecture from day one. Operating across several international markets, it provides a dynamic environment for fast-paced professional growth.

Responsibilities:
— Develop traffic forecasting models and perform user flow analytics
— Evaluate marketing and branding ROI across media-buying channels
— Analyze customer behavior, payment patterns, and retention to enhance segmentation
— Automate reporting and build dashboards for metrics like LTV, ARPU, retention, and conversion
— Build and maintain data marts and interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
— Design and analyze A/B experiments to improve performance
— Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to support strategic decisions
— Monitor data quality and help automate analytical workflows

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in iGaming, digital marketing, e-commerce, or fintech
— Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R is a plus
— Background in statistics, predictive modeling, and BI
— Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
— Understanding of key business metrics: GGR, NGR, RTP, LTV, ARPU, etc.
— Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies
— Strong communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical audiences
