What You’ll Do: • Support merchants via email and chat (shift-based) • Resolve payment and technical issues • Handle disputes and chargebacks • Monitor transactions and escalate when needed
What We’re Looking For: • 1+ year of experience in customer support (fintech/payments preferred) • Fluent English & Russian • Strong problem-solving skills • Comfortable with night and weekend shifts
