👤 Requirements:
— 5+ years in analytics / data / data engineering
— 3+ years in a leadership role
— Experience building & scaling analytics teams
— Strong background in modern data architecture
— Hands-on product analytics experience
— Excellent communication & stakeholder management
— English level: B2+

⭐ Nice to have:
AI-powered analytics, SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NDR, LTV), ML data infrastructure, experimentation & hypothesis-driven product development.

— Own company-wide analytics & data strategy
— Lead Product Analysts & Data Engineers
— Build trusted data foundations & single source of truth
— Develop self-service analytics for teams
