Python / Backend & ML Engineer

I am a Python / Backend‑ML Engineer with 3.5+ years of commercial experience. I combine backend engineering and machine learning: designing and building REST APIs with FastAPI/Django, working with PostgreSQL, creating data pipelines, and deploying models using PyTorch and scikit-learn. I use Celery and Redis for background tasks and notifications, deploy via Docker, and pay close attention to logging and testing. My experience includes freelance backends and Telegram bots (Django + Celery + Redis), research tools and experiment acceleration at ITMO University, as well as NLP/RAG tasks and integrations with external services at the MODULA startup.
