CRM + VIP manager
Employment type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid / On-site Cyprus
Contract: B2B / Independent Contractor
Salary: up to 5,500€ gross
Time zone: European time zones
Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM manager to take full ownership of our CRM operations and strategy. This senior-level role will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM activities across multiple markets and brands, starting with Smartico and expanding to additional platforms in the future. The focus will be on driving engagement, retention, and player lifetime value through smart, localized, and scalable CRM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
-Define and lead the company-wide CRM strategy, managing the full player lifecycle from acquisition to retention and reactivation.
-Develop localized CRM flows tailored to country-specific regulations, cultures, and player behaviors.
-Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite, in-app) with strong personalization and segmentation.
-Use data and analytics to continuously optimize performance and maximize LTV.
-Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, BI, and Compliance teams to align CRM with broader business goals.
-Oversee CRM integrations, migrations, and ensure scalability for high-volume operations.
-Keep ahead of industry trends and innovation in CRM and iGaming engagement
**
Requirements**
-Experience with VIP segment
-Senior-level CRM experience within the iGaming industry.
-Proven track record in building and scaling CRM strategies across multiple regulated and unregulated markets.
-Strong understanding of player lifecycles, segmentation, retention mechanics, and campaign automation.
-Technical understanding: ability to work with CRM integrations, APIs, data flows, and system configurations.
**
Nice-to-have skills**
-Hands-on experience with Smartico (CRM)
-Social casino experience
