**
You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining computer systems, and ensuring network and data security. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.


**Qualifications
**Network Administration and Information Technology skills
Troubleshooting and Network Security skills
Customer Service skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of Voip and servers is a plus
Previous help desk or technical support experience is preferred
Ability to freely communicate and write in English
