I'm Anastasiia, a Project Manager currently looking for a new opportunity in IT / product companies.

I have 10+ years of commercial experience, mainly in IT and e-commerce, leading cross-functional teams of up to 20 people and delivering full-cycle digital products for Russian, European, and American clients (B2B and B2C).

Some of my experience includes:

building and running Agile/Scrum processes and improving delivery predictability;
managing full project lifecycle — from requirements and estimation to launch and support;
coordinating designers, developers, analysts, and QA, plus client communication;
planning timelines, resources, and budgets, and managing risks;
launching MVPs and working with product hypotheses;
maintaining project documentation, roadmaps, and stakeholder reporting.

🔎 Mainly looking for Project Manager / Delivery Manager positions, preferably remote or relocation.

📍 Moscow / Remote (open to relocation and business trips)
Resedence permit for 1 year in Croatia.
