Role: HR Admin Specialist
Level: Middle / Senior
Location: Limassol office, Cyprus
Work format: Hybrid

What you'll do:
• Manage the full HR administration cycle in Cyprus
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
• Handle employee registrations through government portals
• Support work permits, residence permits, and relocation processes
• Ensure compliance with Cypriot labor law
• Partner with Payroll, Legal, and external providers

We're looking for someone with:
• Proven HR Administration experience in Cyprus (more than 2 years)
• Experience managing large headcounts (over 100 people)
• Strong knowledge of Cypriot labor legislation
• Experience with government portals and immigration processes
• Fluent English (Russian is a strong advantage)
• High level of independence and attention to detail
