Over the past few years I've worked on:

* full financial models (P&L, CAPEX, cash flow) for a hospitality venue, from concept through investor approval, with multi-year projections and base/bear/bull scenarios;
* pricing and unit-economics work that drove measurable revenue uplift for an early-stage B2B SaaS platform;
* building the entire financial backbone — P&L, cash flow tracking, monthly reporting — for a business from scratch as co-founder.

Based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Open to remote roles.
