We’re hiring a Sales Manager / BDM for an international FinTech company with a complete business payments platform: multi-currency accounts, payment gateway with local payment methods, corporate cards, FX and crypto, all in one place.

💼 What you’ll do
• Own the full merchant sales cycle, from first contact to closing and go-live
• Bring in new merchants through your network, industry events and your own outreach
• Sell the full product suite and work with the founders, compliance and onboarding to get merchants live fast
• Represent the company at SiGMA, SBC, ICE, iFX EXPO and company-sponsored events

☑️ What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years in B2B sales or business development in payments or FinTech, ideally on the provider side (EMI, PSP, gateway, acquirer)
• Experience selling payment or FinTech products to merchants
• A hunter who builds their own pipeline and closes self-sourced deals
• Fluent Russian and English at B2+ level
• Based in Limassol
• Bonus: an established network of merchants and payment decision-makers in Cyprus

We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for an international FinTech company that brings together business accounts, a payment gateway and crypto services on one platform. You’ll own the brand, content and market presence end to end.

💼 What you’ll do
• Own the brand voice and visual identity, and refine product messaging
• Create content for finance leaders: LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies and reports
• Lead brand partnerships, sponsorships and activations at industry conferences and at social and cultural events the company sponsors
• Run PR and media relations, and own the social channels
• Track performance, manage budget and work closely with sales, product and compliance

☑️ What we’re looking for
• 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in FinTech, payments or financial services
• Hands-on event marketing: industry conferences, B2B events, sponsorships and brand activations
• Strong content and brand skills, with a portfolio to show
• Experience managing agencies and vendors
• English at B2+ level
• Based in Limassol
• Bonus: experience marketing regulated financial products
