We’re considering junior and early mid-level candidates.

What you’ll be working on:
– Keeping employee documents and databases up to date;
– Supporting medical insurance processes, including enrollment, data updates, and employee queries;
– Coordinating relocations and business trips;
– Collecting and reviewing immigration documents;
– Maintaining bank guarantee records.

What we’re looking for:
– Fluency in Russian and English; Greek is a plus;
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
– Initiative, independence, and the ability to follow tasks through to completion;
– Confidence working with files, spreadsheets, and databases.
