APERCON is looking for a Sales Manager for an international payment company focused on iGaming and high-risk markets.

**🛠️ Key Responsibilities
**• Identify and acquire new iGaming / high-risk merchants.
• Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract and onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with merchants and identify opportunities for further growth.

**🔍 Requirements
• 2+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience in High-Risk Payments,** FinTech or payment processing.
• Experience in iGaming / high-risk payments.
• Proven experience in new business acquisition and full-cycle sales.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, pay-in/payout and payment methods.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• English — Upper-Intermediate+.
