• Provide second-line support for all offices: access requests, accounts, devices, and SaaS management.
• Manage local IT for the Limassol office, including hardware and network infrastructure.
• Administer GitLab, Google Cloud IAM, Jira, and Confluence.
• Automate recurring manual tasks and maintain endpoints in Jamf and Intune.
• Troubleshoot networking issues and oversee meeting-room AV and printers.

🎯 What we expect:
• 4+ years in IT support/system administration, with 2 years at second line.
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, GitLab, and networking (CCNA/CCNP level).
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration and security hygiene fundamentals.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Russian language skills, Fortinet experience, and scripting for automation.
