We’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales / VP Sales to join a fast-growing AI SaaS business in the iGaming industry.

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience
• Strong iGaming background
• Existing portfolio and network of iGaming operators and industry contacts is essential
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business
• Strong hunter mentality
• Experience building sales strategy, processes, KPIs, CRM structure and pipeline from the ground up
• Experience managing and developing a sales team
• Business exposure across Europe, LATAM, South Africa and regulated European markets
• Fluent English
• Ability to travel internationally

You’ll own the full new business cycle, develop the international sales strategy, manage a small commercial team and play a key role in scaling the company’s sales function.

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing Cyprus-Canadian startup in the EMI sector.

📍 Remote / Hybrid
💰 Up to €6,000 gross/month + performance-based bonuses
✈️ Frequent business travel across Europe

What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Open and maintain corporate/banking accounts
• Build new banking partnerships across Europe
• Manage relationships with low- to medium-risk clients
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events across Europe

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in EMI, Payments, Banking, or FinTech
• Existing portfolio/network of low- to medium-risk banking clients
• Established relationships with banks and experience opening accounts
• Proven Business Development, Sales, or Account Management experience
• Fluent English
• Ability to travel frequently across Europe without requiring a visa
