Sales Manager | B2B Digital Marketing | iGaming
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join an international iGaming team.

Location: EU
Work format: Remote
Employment: Full-time

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in iGaming, digital marketing, media buying or affiliate marketing;
- Strong understanding of performance marketing: paid traffic, CPA/RevShare, funnels, KPIs, LTV and ROI;
- Experience with consultative sales and presenting services to clients;
- Confident spoken and written English and Russian;
- Strong CRM, pipeline management and sales forecasting skills;
- Experience working with clients ranging from small businesses to large iGaming operators.

Would be a plus:
- Existing network of iGaming contacts
- Experience selling CPA, RevShare or Hybrid models
- Experience attending iGaming conferences such as SiGMA, iGB, SBC

Responsibilities:
- Acquire new iGaming clients, including brands and operators
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads
- Present the agency, services and case studies
- Develop tailored marketing strategies based on client goals and budgets
- Close deals and develop upsell opportunities
- Work closely with media buying, affiliate and operations teams
- Manage CRM and sales pipeline
- Participate in industry conferences and work with inbound and offline leads
