APERCON is looking for an experienced Head of Private Office to build a personal operational system for a private family from zero.

This is not a traditional PA role — you will be responsible for creating processes, managing operations, building a trusted team of staff & contractors, and ensuring the system works independently of you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

— Build and implement the family’s personal operating system
— Manage health, travel, schedules, documents, properties, vehicles & household operations
— Build budgets, controls and approval processes
— Manage staff, contractors and suppliers
— Identify risks and create backup scenarios
— Gradually reduce the principals’ involvement in daily operations

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

— Proven experience building or transforming a Private Office / Family Operations function
— Strong hands-on operational & project management skills
— Independent decision-making and excellent prioritisation
— Exceptional discretion and confidentiality
— Ability to work with multiple principals and resolve conflicting priorities
— Long-term mindset; ideally 3+ years with one principal
**— Based in Cyprus / willingness to work from Cyprus
— Fluent Russian is required**

🎯 The goal: within 6 months, 90%+ of operational matters should be handled without constant involvement of the principals.
