💼 **Business Development Manager (BDM) | EMI | Remote / Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing Cyprus-Canadian startup in the EMI sector.

**📍 Remote / Hybrid
💰 Up to €6,000 gross/month + performance-based bonuses
✈️ Frequent business travel across Europe**

What you’ll do:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new business clients
• Develop relationships with low- to medium-risk merchants/accounts
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
• Work closely with senior management on growth initiatives and strategic partnerships
• Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and client meetings across Europe

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in the EMI sector
• Existing client portfolio and established industry network
• Proven background in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability and flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis
• Must have the right to travel within Europe without requiring a visa, as the role involves frequent business trips to European conferences and meetings
