🎰 Senior Retention Manager (iGaming / Tier-1)

We are looking for a Senior Retention Manager to lead player retention, engagement, and monetization across high-velocity global markets.

We are a fast-growing iGaming product startup founded by a powerhouse team of Ukrainian experts and top industry professionals.

🌐 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize core funnels (Welcome, Deposit Conversion, Reactivation, Churn Prevention).
• Launch personalized communication flows via Email, SMS, In-App, and Push.
• Control bonus emissions, promo costs (Bonus Cost), and campaign ROI.
• Run A/B tests, analyze cohort performance, and boost LTV in close collaboration with Product, BI, VIP, and Acquisition teams.

📊 Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming Retention / CRM (mandatory experience with Tier-1 GEOs).
• Deep understanding of core metrics: LTV, NGR, ARPPU, Retention Rate, Bonus Cost, ROI.
• Proven independence in CRM automation, segmentation, and data-driven decision-making.
