💥 We're hiring a Head of Content Moderation

💡 What you'll do:
• Design and implement content moderation policies for user safety.
• Lead and mentor a team of moderators and managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate moderation technologies.
• Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation tools.
• Drive continuous improvements in moderation workflows and internal tools.

🎯 What we expect:
• 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
• 3+ years in fast-paced B2C tech companies.
• Strong understanding of UGC platforms and content safety challenges.
• Experience with compliance regulations and risk evaluation.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Technical background in Engineering, Data Science, or AI is a plus.
