Data Partnerships Manager**


BGraph.io is hiring a senior individual contributor to source and activate new suppliers of web and mobile behavioral data. The role combines outbound partner acquisition, data licensing, source/rights diligence, commercial negotiation and cross-functional launch coordination.

**What you will own:
**- Map the market and build a high-quality pipeline of potential web and mobile data suppliers.
- Identify the right decision-makers independently and run targeted outbound without relying on a pre-built contact base.
- Develop relationships with founders, partnerships, monetization and business development teams at data-owning companies.
- Qualify the source: first-party ownership vs aggregation/resale, audience scale, geography, platforms, event coverage, historical depth and expected stability.
- Request data samples and collect the commercial/technical information needed for Analytics and Engineering to assess the source.
- Work with Legal/Privacy to validate provenance, consent, rights to collect/transfer/use the data and permitted use cases.
- Negotiate commercial terms, licensing scope and operating conditions.
- Coordinate the partner lifecycle from first contact through diligence, contract and production launch.
- Maintain supplier relationships after launch and monitor commercial and operational health together with internal teams.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in data partnerships, data sourcing/licensing, partner acquisition, app monetization, audience measurement or relevant B2B business development.
- Hands-on record of originating partnerships without a ready-made lead list.
- Experience negotiating B2B agreements and coordinating deals through implementation.
- Relevant exposure to digital data, panels, apps/extensions, SDKs, adtech/data platforms or first-party data ecosystems.
- Comfort discussing data samples and source characteristics with analytics/engineering teams.
- Working knowledge of consent, privacy, provenance and data usage rights.
- Fluent English.
