We are looking for an experienced Head of VIP to join our team in Cyprus. This is an office-based position, and we provide relocation support.

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of VIP to lead the VIP department, develop strategies for high-value players, and manage relationships with them. The role includes setting and delivering KPIs for the VIP team, optimizing player engagement processes, and managing VIP programs, bonuses, and campaigns.
**
🎲Key Responsibilities:**
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage VIP players;
• Leading and motivating a team of VIP Managers or Account Managers;
• Building strong, personalized relationships with VIP players;
• Setting and monitoring KPIs for the VIP department and individual team members;
• Using data to understand player behavior, identify opportunities, and optimize performance;
• Managing VIP programs, bonuses, and special events to enhance player experience and loyalty;
• Managing the VIP department’s budget and resources;
• Providing regular reports on VIP performance to senior management;

🎲Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Head of VIP or Team Leader in the iGaming industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions;
• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships;
• Strong negotiation skills to manage player expectations and offer appropriate incentives;
• A good understanding of the iGaming industry and its products;
• Proficiency in English and potentially other languages relevant to the target market;
