Our partner is looking for an experienced Employer Brand Manager to help build and strengthen their employer brand across international markets.

✨ What you'll be doing:
• Leading employer branding campaigns;
• Creating content for social media and career channels;
• Working closely with HR, Recruitment, Marketing, and Communications;
• Supporting employee advocacy and recruitment marketing initiatives.

💡 We're looking for someone with:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Marketing;
✔ Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
✔ Experience with digital campaigns and content creation;
✔ Fluent English and Russian.
