- Increased Registration -> FTD conversion from approximately 23% to 40% through a guided onboarding flow
- Launched a tournament system from scratch after researching 50+ competitors; the first tournament attracted around 600 players and became a recurring product mechanic
- Built a personalised bonus system for high-value players, increasing D30 retention by approximately 30% and re-deposits by 23% in an A/B test
- Identified and resolved a critical registration funnel issue within two hours
